Default Gotten worse?

Since being diagnosed hypo and starting meds... (first dose .1 mg took TSH from 6.6 - 5.5, now I'm on .125) I seem to be MORE tired and other symptoms have worsened too.
What is this trying to tell me? Our doctor situation up here is AWFUL and I'm fortunate to have found a doctor to even get into this let alone try and treat me. (I've been here 3.5 years and still unable to get a family doc)
Should I get the T3 and T4 checked? I know little about it and I bet this doc doesn't either.
Thanks for the help.
Tammy
PS: I have been on the Synthroid only about 6 weeks.

You should be starting to feel better about now. Yeah, definitely get your FT3/4 checked in addition to TSH and post them.

That happened to me on synthroid. My symptoms multiplied instead of getting better. I got on Armour and gradually felt better and better. I'm still having problems but I would NEVER EVER AGAIN take synthroid or any other synthetic.
