It sure helped me to stay focused.
Kosmo and Ivegotthis, sometimes it is just not possible to stay clean
(depending on the individual situation and circumstances),
but it is great you stayed here nevertheless.
Don't beat yourselves up and don't be angry at yourselves.
Just be ready for a fresh new start.
Actually the gain might give you a great headstart for any new challenges to come.

Parismama, for tonight I will have the very same strategy.
There will probably not be many good choices available,
but I'll try to stay away from any sugars.
No limit on veggies, cheese and meat (if there is any).
