OHHHH that is soooo great Butterfly!

I REALLY want to be in onederland for the new year. Mmmm, 43 pounds? Maybe!

It's great to have people to share these goals with. I haven't dared tell my family what I weigh, so they don't realize how far I've come and how far I need to go.

Oooh I know how you feel. I just crossed over the 250 mark. It's been a long time since I've seen a 24 in front of my number. I am positively giddy that seeing a 19 is actually possible. It's going to take time - but people like you prove that it can be done!!!!

I've already lost 31... another 50 shouldn't be too hard :-) And I'm enjoying the whole process so much. Congrats on your achievement -can't wait for you to see onederland!!!

Bless your heart, ladies! I've learned in this 3-year process of learning what to feed my body that persisting is a key ingredient and learning from your mistakes.

The first year I lost around 40 pounds and the next year only 15-20 because I was experimenting with the limits - and I learned a lot from that plateau year so that this year, with 3 months still to go, I've already lost almost 40 pounds and I truly know how to lose 1-2 pounds a week - and how to maintain.

One thing that kicked my weight loss back up this year - was dancing! In October last year I started going to swing dances - very aerobic exercise and they were quite accepting of plumb ladies! That was so much fun I started taking ballroom dance lessons and even participated in a showcase in August. My Profile picture is me dancing the open waltz with my instructor.

Try to find ways to exercise that you truly enjoy so you'll look forward to it instead of dreading it. I wish you all the very best!

I must jump in here; 199 is my dream number. I feel that if I can just make it to 199 (onederland). I will be unstoppable and my goal weight will look so much more attainable. I will continue to try and try again to get to my goal weight.

Honestly, I cried a little bit, but it wasn't until this morning. It took me three days to realize how much it meant to me to get there. I was just so excited and felt completely recharged and ready to battle the last 25, ya know? I feel like a whole different person.

You can do it! It's right around the corner, and before you know it, you'll be joining me in the Onederland club!

But all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time.
