No breakfast yesterday, I was still full from the overeating on-plan foods at the superbowl party the day before.

Today I will likely skip breakfast, but if I get hungry I will have a can of kippers.

Three eggs, spinach and rhubarb. The spinach and rhubarb mixed with some splenda taste good together. Don't look directly at it while eating.

1 egg/veggie/sausage breakfast bar and 1 oz. half and half with my coffee. I have finally found the version of the bars that my dh and I like best, will make this way from now on (has mushrooms, scallions and mini bell peppers in orange, yellow and red).

Made an Egg Souffle (it's just an egg casserole really) with celery root and onion, had an extra 2 egg whites, so it's really light and fluffy. Herb tea, homemade frappe.

I made what was supposed to be "cottage cheese eggs" on buttered toast - used an oopsie with melted butter for the toast and the recipe is a from a little cookbook from Scotland - cottage cheese is a farmer style cheese scrambled with a little beer, Worchestershire, cayenne and I used baby bels that worked great. I like it!

I brewed up a 20 oz. cup of coffee put in 2 oz. half and half, and heated up a slice of my spinach cheese casserole, dashed some sugar-free hot sauce atop.
