Breakfast bar and 1 oz. half and half in my coffee. (breakfast bars are a 8 wedge size casserole I make with a homemade breakfast sausage as base, diced scallions, mini bell peppers and mushrooms atop, mix of shredded cheddar and a dozen eggs over the top, baked. )

3 eggs fried in bacon grease, 2 Jimmy Dean sausage patties, small wedge of cheese (3/4 oz), coffee with HWC, and 1 tbsp. of psyillium powder whisked into water (for 7g of fiber) with a squirt of water enhancer. I could eat this everyday (and I usually do).
