Default No calorie sweet and low

Hello my name is Meghan and I am currently in the induction phase of Atkins. Can I use no calorie sweet and low and Silk Cashew (with a touch of almond) unsweetened as my "cream" for the 6 oz of coffee I drink a couple times a week?

Hi Meghan, welcome to the board.

Twice a week probably won't hurt. One caution with the sweetener, the packets of powder usually contain about 0.8 grams of carbohydrate, so do count that.

The nut milk is "technically" a no-no, but probably only because the stuff wasn't common in the marketplace when Atkins wrote his books. Just make sure to get the sugar free stuff, it should say a gram or less carbohydrate per cup.

I use sweetnlow everyday multiple times. I don't count it, and it has not affected my plan or weight loss.

The unsweetened nut milk is not a problem, just make sure you count the nc.
