I have no idea if this will work, but there are so many people on this site who do their own low-carb thing. You can try it and see if it works for you. That is truly the important thing.
Low carb is good for you overall.
One thing you may have problems with is cravings for sweets. On CAD, they keep you off snacking to keep your insulin response low and you tend lose your cravings for snacks.
With Atkin's, snacks are allowed as long as it's low carb. I'm not sure how your body will react to really low carbs (with atkin's) and then a higher carb day (with CAD).
All you can do is try. Let us all know how you fair and how you're feeling.
No problem as long as you do Atkins CAD style. That means comparing CAD list veggies to Atkins and only eating non CM allowed veggies and other foods (allowed on Atkins) once a day at a RM type meal.
I eat very little carbs during the day (CAD) I mean almost none except the lettuce in my salad during lunch, and was thinking of just taking my RM and no carbing (Atkins) that 3x week, but making sure I eat plenty during that meal so I'm not starvin 1 hr later ? and just boosting my protein at breakfast & lunch.

Im not expert, and I am not saying you cant lose weight that way but technically I dont see how you can so both and call it cad and atkins.
Atkins works by putting your body in ketosis. Cad works by stablizing insulin.
Your going to keep knocking yourself in and out of ketosis and your insulin is going to bounce all over the place. to me it seems like the worst of both worlds and getting the full health or weight loss benefits of neither.
Ill say again though. Im no expert. its just what logic is telling me. I could be completely wrong.
Could I ask what the reason for bouncing back and forth would be?
I thought you meant Atkins, not Atkins induction. I wouldn't do it with no carbs. CAs need carbs to function well. If a CA doesn't get enough carbs, they can go into a binge cycle. I would keep carbs at about 30-50/day.
Mixing Atkins and CAD is just a stricter version of CAD.
