Default So Happy To find you guys

I have tried to explain on other boards that I am in need of a jump start and I am met with resistance...I am 41 and started at 202 lbs on nutrisystem (gross) lost two lbs then atkins on March 28th and have lost 6 lbs..My carbs, calories, and protein are where the books says it should be, I drink one diet coke a day and water the rest of the day..I eat crustless quiche for breakfast and then a salad and meat for lunch and dinner..and I just can't seem to get that scale or my tape measure to move...I would love some advice on which staff to start..I am ok with eating the same thing everyday so that doesnt bother me...any help would be great..I am going to vegas in 3 weeks and watned to be at least a little less fat..oh I have over 60 lbs to loose...thanks
