I keep looking for it in the MYPLAN database. Is it in there? Maybe under another name? It's really the only cut of steak I eat - I've been using T-bone and don't know if there is any difference in nutritional info.
I use this one. The information matches what I found on nutritiondata and other websites, as well as that in a couple of books I have. I weigh the steak after I cook it.
