somersizing AGAIN!

Somersized in the past 4 years lost 40lbs and since january gained 15.
I have to get this weight off my BUTT. Somersized for 3 weeks and not a pound gone. What gives. I figured its too much protein and not enough veggies. Any tips would be helpful.
