Is this normal?
I weighed 300 on Monday, then today, Thursday, I weigh 295.5. I know it's mostly water weight, but is this normal to lose quickly in the beginning? And also, how much weight did you lose your first week?
I lost about 5-7 lbs my first week of LC'ing. It does slow down though so don't expect to be dropping weight like that every single week. You will find that it does come off more quickly than LF/LC --at least for me it did. I also felt much more satisfied doing LC.
