Default Attn weight lifters-exercise to help flabby back area?

Hey Y'all,

I have a question. I am working out (again), and I have stubborn areas right under my arms and "fatback", basically excess fat on the dorsal area (I'm a woman). Can anyone recommend a weight lifting exercise to help tone these areas? I do about 45 min of cardio 4x/wk, free weights for arms, but I need to target these areas. Thanks!

worked out Wed, Thur, Fri, Sun week of 7/10-7/15

45 min cardio Wed Fri
35 min cardio Thur and Sun, with free weights and nautilus for upper body
Total minutes for week: 190-not bad

Worked out 7/20-30 min cardio before getting pulled out b/c dd fussy

7/23-walked 2 miles at home w/Leslie Sansone, abs on swiss ball-200 crunches

7/24-gym 2! times-30 min cardio, weights, abs in morning, 15 min cardio, weights abs evening-total of 2 hours for the day

7/25-45 min cardio-mix it up w/treadmill, recumbent bike, stairmaster.
