Lunch:roast beef and dill pickles /water

Dinner: chicken and bacon ceasar salad

snack- brocolli and cauliflour/sour cream dip/water

In my case, I lose from my face cheeks first, and then from my "other" cheeks. My belly is the last to go (if it will, indeed, go . . . I'm not so sure anymore!).

I've read that link before about how fat moves about. Very interesting!

My husband said he was all for me going on this woe if it was 1) what I wanted to do and 2) if I would not loose my BUTT! LOL.
I have lost my weight from all over. I really can't pick out one place I have lost from the most or where it came from first. I have went from a size 20 down to a 16. So I would guess I have lost quite a bit from the middle area.

Good luck!!

For me the last palce that seems to go is my ab. Alot of it is based on genetics and just how your body is. I know some women inmy family don't lose form the bottom at all. My grandmother looks like she's wearing a bustle most of the time. I hate my tummy, but I'm glad I didn't inherit her hinnie

A general rule is "the first place to gain, is the last place to lose".

Do you have access to an EFX (crosstrainer) machine at a gym? Set it on the highest incline and go, go, go!

I redistribute from the bottom to the top (or so it feels) and while some would like this (paying mega bucks for surgical implants) it's quite annoying.

I agree FILO...First In Last Out...maybe it's aged fat.

BTW, I am and have been using the T-Tap brush and it helps the cellulite issue.

Default Redistribution of fat

That's funny Danakins... I have the same problem... I have been in a six week stall and it is amazing how my fat has redistributed itself. I lost inches in my butt, my thighs and my waist and gained back some of it in my Boobs... the last place I want it to go! I have been cursed or blessed, whichever is your perception, with big boobs that I just don't want, never have. They make me look heavier than I really am. I just hope by the time I get to goal they will look proportional to the rest of me.
