My BP med is a diuretic, so hoping to fill it today and feel better.

Saw the doc yesterday. She did all kinds of blood work (thyrod and hormone also) and talked to me forever. I HATE changing docs! uggg. They just don't understand my history....and truthfully I feel they think I am nuts...especially with all these symptoms coming back.

Looked up my armour thyroid today on our insurance and it has gone from $120 for three months to $209!! (This new company is Price gauging) I sure hope she will give me something else. I just can't afford it! I did say something to her about Nature Thyroid, but she just kind of nodded her head.

Prayers!! and Thanks!

so my tsh was 7.5 (Hasn't been that high in years!!! Thanks Armour!)
FT4 was .054
low Vit D
low cortisol

This was over the phone, she didn't tell me all of it. Suuposed to get it in the mail.

Someone from another forum mentioned using a compounding pharmacy Yay!!! sooooo had forgotten about that!! Soooo maybe that will work... They sent in a prescription...Though since my insurance will only pay if we use CVS, it will still be expensive.... But if it works...that would be great!!!!

They want to do a 24 hour urine cortisol test. Looking it up all over buy still don't understand it.
