Step aerobics... 40 minutes
Treadmill... 15 minutes

Tuesday...

leg press... 3 sets of 15 : 160#
lying leg curls... 3 sets of 15 : 35#
seated leg extensions... 3 sets of 10 : 25# each leg
seated cable row... 3 sets of 15 : 60#
front lat pull downs... 3 sets of 10 : 50#
shrugs... 3 sets of 10 : 8#
alternating dumbell curls... (upright) 3 sets of 10 : 10#
kickbacks... 8 lbs... 3 sets... 10 reps
Ball crunches... 3 sets of 15 straight
3 sets of 15 each side obliques

Spin class... 1 hour

Geez I'm 10 days behind on posting workouts. That's bad. I won't be able to catch up so I'll just start with today. And be much more diligent with posting.

Today...Friday...
Spin class... 45 minutes
Group Power... This was my first time taking the class... I'll type what the description says.
"A barbell program that strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors."
it was a decent workout but I'll need to play around with the amount of weight.

Saturday... 30 minutes treadmill
30 minutes elliptical
3 hours bowling... does that count? LOL!

Today... Sunday... 45 minutes step aerobics
15 minutes treadmill

Yikes... can I remember a week of exercise?

Monday... ???

Tuesday... Spin Class 1 hour

Wednesday... Spin Class 1 hour

Thursday... Reebok Step Aerobics 45 minutes

Friday... Step Aerobics 45 minutes

Sat, Sun, Mon... Slacker!!!

Today... Tuesday 5 miles hilly bike ride (my latest challenge...)
Reebok Step Aerobics

I ordered 2 new exercise DVDs. Both are Gin Miller who does the Reebok Step Aerobics. One is another step video... intervals. And the second is a stability ball workout tape. Hope they're good.

Reebok Step Aerobics... 45 minutes

Friday...Spin class 1 hour
Short bike ride... 4 miles hills

Saturday... Off

Sunday... today...Reebok Step aerobics... 45 minutes
