Default How Long??

I know that when a person first starts to workout while eating LC there can be an increase on the scale. In your experience, how long does it take before the scale starts going down again OR there is a noticeable reduction in inches?

I might let it go a week, two at the most before making an adjustment in activity and/or calories.
