Hey that's great news! SO far today I haven't had one, but I did crash and buy nicotine lozenges. I have a pack of smokes but I left it in the trunk of my car...hopefully these lozenges will work for this last little bit!

Matt

Someone told me there is sugar in cigarettes so I am not sure if this is my body tricking me into consuming sugar. Anyone have some magic words or advice to help? I sure appreciate all of your help in improving my health and overall well being.

All I can tell you is take it one day at a time. When I quit smoking 15 or so years ago (September 1994) I incorporated exercise to help me through it. I walked and swam a LOT.

Use whatever you need to help you quit. As an ex-smoker now I can tell you that the smell of cigarettes is highly offensive to me now. I won't even date a smoker.
