Steak strips and beef liver sauteed in coconut oil. With kimchee and sauerkraut on the side. Salad; 2T sour cream, 2T 3.5% fat plain greek yogurt, 1/4c blackberries, 1T raw pumpkin seeds and 1T raw sunflower, 2oz raw walnuts (forgot the cinnamon). Coffee with 2T HWC and 1tspn stevia. Came out to 15g of carbs.

1/3 can tuna in roasted garlic olive oil, a few pieces of shaved Parm and Fontina blend cheese, green and mint tea.

Soft-boiled egg on a buttered MIM, split into 3 slices and toasted, decaf green/mint tea. Made the MIM savory, no sweetener or spice.
