Today I made melted cheddar (and a little mozzarella) cheese into two small tortilla-like things. Then I prepared two scrambled eggs, Gordon Ramsay style and rolled the eggs up in the cheese.

I also consumed maybe 10 red raspberries, some water to help take my morning pills, and a nice cup of bulletproof-type coffee (with HWC, coconut oil, butter, and xylitol).

More Robin120's Smoked salmon on cucumber rounds with cream cheese, capers and a squirt of fresh lemon juice. These are so good.... decaf w/half cream/half almond milk - that tastes really good too, a little toasted nut flavor going there...

I attempted a smoothie: 1/2 an avocado, unsweetened almond milk, a little HWC, a dash of vanilla, a light dusting of pure stevia powder, one raw egg, and a couple of ice cubes. It got really thick, so I added a few ounces of water. Not bad for the first try, but it needs more work.

I also had one of the small coconut flour "tortillas" that I made the other day, rolling up three strips of bacon and a schmear of cream cheese.

Coffee with stevia, HWC, and a little coconut oil. I didn't blend like my usual BPC, and I wasn't trilled with the coconut oil slick on top of the coffee...but the blender was already spoken for with the smoothie, so I just drank the ugliness as it was.
