Lower cholesterol

Well, I have gained 30 pounds since I last saw the doctor, but at least

MY CHOLESTEROL NUMBERS ARE BETTER!

I never followed up much on any cholesterol info, so any comments would be appreciated. The doctor seemed pleased.

Here are the numbers:

Total cholesterol: 237
Triglycerides: 193
HDL: 75
LDL: 123

Ratio: 1.6
