So now I'm on the hcg diet, which is my last chance. It is harder still: my daily diet is limited to 500 calories, consisting of lean protein, plain vegetables, a piece of fruit.

It's really hard to keep on track when my hubby is eating pizza or chocolate in front of me, but I have to remember that what works this time may not work next time... so there can't be a next time.

I hope the HCG works for you, I won' go quite that far.

I had a hard time cleaning my diet back up and I've binged a few more times. This time I'm like 5 days down, so on the right track.

I'm thinking of you. I hope you find the answer, find a way to hold it off - it's SO HARD, nobody knows unless they've had to fight to stay on a diet.

"Its really hard when the school teaches them whole grains are good"

Don't get me started. The school my kids attended last year did not allow even diet pop but Sunny D was ok and recommended. Nuttela was also a good thing to send.

Their new school has posters telling them that they should eat fresh fruit, lean meat, veggies and limit juice, junk food and dairy.

I get the urge to binge all of the time. I had chilli in the crock pot a while back. I woke up from a nap, had 4 pieces of bread and chilli before I came to my senses.

MY worst binge was 7 Big Macs, 3 large fries and coke.

Good luck to you.
