Default A Book on Carb Cycling?

Is there a book on carb cycling, or a specific diet/program I can read about? I have read a couple online articles that were posted here.

I'd look at the Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald. Jay Robb's Fat Burning Diet also is a carb cyclying program.

Here's one that I am currently halfway through, Men's Health "TNT Diet" by Jeff Volek and Adam Campbell. Great book about carb cycling. I am also implementing a weight lifting program with free weights alongside this diet. It's for women too (like me) so don't worry about the title! You can find it here on Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Mens-Health-T...38086019&sr=8-1

samsam,

I have just finished reading "TNT Diet" , great recommendation on your part.

Terrific book about carb cycling (and something I was leaning towards), and one that applies equally to both genders.
