Any Zoners out there?

I was on the Zone about 2 1/2 years ago then moved to Atkins. I was never able to cut my body fat down to what it was at one time on LF WOE that I followed for so many years before pregnancy.

I was on Atkins for 2 years and really enjoyed it but was never able to get rid of that last 10 lbs even while dabbling with ultra high fat and working out almost 2 hours a day.

I switched to the Zone and within a month was down an dress size and an inch on my hips and waist.

It got me to goal and I have been happy with what I eat.

I think I needed a little more structure and amount control.

The block method makes it easy.
