I am doing my own "program"
I hate sticking to any rigid menus, so for 2 weeks I have been just doing low barb on my own and I work out almost everyday. I have lost about 6 pounds, but I am probably gaining muscle. I am interested in the body for life program, because I like the free day etc, but it is a really stringent program.
Case in point, I have been working out and doing low carb everyday, but last night I went out with the family before a concert and had a cheeseburger and fries. My first "cheat" in over 2 weeks. C'mon, is that really so bad if I am good 95% of the time, or maybe low carb is not right for me and I should do low-fat or low- calories?? Someone help!!
