Thanks Lena. My legs haven't been this slim in YEARS and years and years! I'm shocked they actually managed to get so much fat off. I'm really happy about that. They look bigger flexed so I didn't flex them for these pictures. Just incase they get big again...I want to remember they once were sorta small.

Deb as Lenas said you are looking FANTASTIC! I feel envy of your quads now your legs are showing a lot of definition specially in your quads...they look like competition ready legs ....

I can not wait to have a pair of legs like yours...but I think that even if I achieve a super low body fat % my legs need to gain a lot of lean muscle to show as much muscularity and muscle separation like yours...

I am sooooooo happy for you! because I know it is been very hard to be where you are now....

CONGRATS! and enjoy all this success because you deserve it and much more!

#2- OMG, your legs look EXACTLY like mine in the second, side-view one!

Congrats on your progress! I think you have a beautiful figure with good proportions...you are doing a very good job : loosing weight but at the same time building some muscle...your muscles are not looking saggy at all which is GREAT! I like the way your back and shoulders muscles are showing up!

I like your waist too! CONGRATS AGAIN!

woooowwww Lena!! you have improved a lot since your last pics!! Your arms have gained more lean muscle so they are looking better than ever!! your waist is smaller and your abs are looking great!!!

I like your hair color!!! your green eyes look very beautiful with that hair color and the haircut style is beautiful too!!! I think you are looking younger !!!
congrats: you are improving a lot!! just curious: are you lifting heavier weights with your arms? how much are you lifting? I am jelous of your arms they look really REALLY good!!!

I am going to post my progress pics tomorrow...I haven't taken my pics because I have been very bussy...but I promess I will!!

Hey, Any- thanks for the compliments!

Yeah, I guess I've lost a little fat and gained a little muscle, so I'm not doing too bad so far! I'm just using 30lb dumbbells for my upper-bod stuff, but I'm also doing loads of push-ups and pull-ups, (with one foot on a chair.)

Now, onward to January progress pics, (which will hopefully be even better!)

I just took my pics....I think that my shoulders have improved and my upper body in general ...my big butt still being my biggest weakness....

Wow, you look awesome, Any! I see:

*Shoulder muscles
*back muscles and more of a tapered V-shape now
*smaller-looking waist
*Stomach muscles
*Quad muscle popping-out

GOOD JOB!!! Or as Tony Horton from my P90X workout program says: "Nice job.......SO FAR." (I love the "so far" part, because to me it implies that yes, I'm doing a good job, and that things will only keep getting better and better if I keep working hard on a consistent basis, which it looks like you're doing!)
