Do you do the free day that is part of BFL? My daughter had a hard time with that part of it and wondered if you just skipped it or were successful incorporating it into your program.

You'll see that many of us use free day the same way - less scheduling and usually less food. I can tell you from my own experience that LCing has become such a WOL for me I don't feel that I am being deprived - free day isnt used the way it was intended.
