Just wondered if anyone else had bought a copy of the latest low carb mag to hit the UK ??

Came across the new Carblite magazine in my local newsagents today, so bought a copy.

It has some quite good articles - the best one being a feature of Karen and her new LC recipe book - but unfortunately it is makes no pretence of catering to a British audience. It's packed full of adverts for American products, none of which are available here, and the recipes contain a number of ingredients that are also impossible to buy here.

Not sure if I'll bother buying it again.

Must admit I'm not into buying magazines, so will probably give this a miss.

I got last months magazine and have to say I was quite disappointed as it was very American and not for the UK market. I felt they were just after a quick buck without putting any work in for us Brits. If they could only do a Uk style one I'd happily buy it but not in its present format.
