I think what would be a great idea is for anyone who has a favorite low carb recipe - just post it. I know that it takes some time to probably type the things in, but to us who are new - it would help if rather than having to ask for a recipe - to just be able to pull up one. I know that concept is kind of going on - but would be a lot more helpful if they have specific titles - and another request would be to have the calorie and carb count listed.

I'm not sure what you mean by specific titles tonmur. Can you elaborate?

Have you visited the Member's Recipe Section as well as Karen's Recipe Section????

Lots of great stuff there, already posted. When the forum was much smaller we posted recipes which didn't necessarily include counts and that weren't necessarily the poster's original recipe, now when recipes are posted in the Member's Recipe Section, we only post original creations along with the counts. We have made an exception to this for a couple recipes though, i.e. Mock Danish. This was originally found by Nat, and it's been so popular we added to the recipe room, especially for New Folks.

If you have other ideas, we're always open to suggestions.

I don't know - I just thought people could post their recipe in the subject and then in the reply section put their recipe, rather than having to search through everyone's comments to find a recipe - that way, there would be a direct recipe.

Now I understand - I don't know how I overlooked the Low Carb Recipes up in the yellow bar. Makes sense now! Duh!
