New to this site!!!!

Hi my name is Jamie....I am 29 and just starting LCing for the first time!!! I have had PCOS for 13 years, and recently discovered that I am very much insulin resistant!

I am so excited to start a new lifestyle...I have great hope not just to lose weight and look great, but to get my body back functioning the way it should...and hopefully get preggo!!! Anyway, I hope you all have luck and acheive your goals!
