Grilled Portabello Mushroom Salad with Gorgonzola Dressing

This is simply a brilliant recipe. We also like to have it with a steak, which is yummy with the blue cheese dressing.

Just tried a variation of your Broiled Spinach with Four Cheeses (ricotta, parmesan, cheddar, and chillies), and it too is fabulous. Especially with roast chicken. By the way, the recipe ingredients list omits garlic. Picked it up on the method part...
