Default Weight Watchers Core Plan

Has anyone tried it? I am going to try it for a month and see what happens. I will write back in a month and tell everyone how it went. If anyone has done it before please let me know how you did. Thanks!

I hate to be a kill-joy, but this plan wasn't for me.

I have too many blood sugar issues, and basically it allows too many grains, starch vegetables, and too little fat. I didn't feel well on it.

I am on the Glycemic Load Diet by Rob Thompson and feel so much better. Like Core, I don't count anything - I just focus on foods with a low glycemic load.

But if you go on the WW International website, they have a Core forum there (open to anyone) and people are apparently finding success with this program. It just wasn't for me, and I daresay it isn't for anyone with pre-diabetes, diabetes, or other blood sugar issues.

I did WW point plan for a month. Lost 1lb. I felt hungry and the constant
checking on points was a hassle. Switched to Atkins and dropped 11lbs the first 2 weeks. Yeah, I know, mostly water, but now, 2inches off the waist after 4 weeks has me feeling positive.
