hello, I am doing my introductions. I definately need help with low carbing because I researched it so much that I'm just confused. I think the best place to come is where the reality is at, you know. Obviously you people know what youre all doing, so I am going to go to the atkins or general low carb forum, and maybe the exercise forums.
