Our site move is complete!
Hi folks,
For the last few days we have been transfering to a new network and server and we managed to do it almost transparently.
Our domain names (URL) have been completely transfered, and you should no longer see those numbers in your URL/browser address field. If you still see those numbers, chances are you have bookmarked them. It is better to delete those bookmarked numbers and bookmark the correct URL's:

and for the site use this: http://www.lowcarb.ca
Only Wednesday night we had some problems with some members not being able to post for 1/2 hour, this have now been fixed.
You should also notice a better performance/speed through the web site.
