Default Meat at breakfast???

I when most people post a typical menu for the day they all have meat for breakfast as well as in the sample menus.

Do I need to add meat?

My typical breafst is a 2 eggs omlette with borcoli and 2 cherry tomoates with 1/2 ounces of lowfat cheddar cheese plus I have to have my 4 oz coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener.

Do you think that I need turkey bacon or ham or some meat in my omlette. Wouldn't my protien be from my eggs?

i dont always have meat for breakfast....i agree you get the protein from the eggs...the turkey bacon just adds variety!!!
i probably add the turkey bacon about 2 times a week....also your getting protein from the cottage cheese..

I threw some ground beef and tomatoes in my eggs today and it was good.
