Seems that we do most of our shopping at costco and I've found some pretty good things that work well maybe there is other items people like that they could share??

Here's what I typically pick up:

Liguria Foods Pepperoni – one bag in the fridge..one in the freezer
Kirkland frozen chicken tenders
Kirkland frozen ground beef
Kirkland Sirloin frozen patties
Amy Lui (I think that’s the brand) fresh chicken patties with red pepper & cheese. These are GREAT and only 2 carbs! Love them for a fast dinner solution.
Foster Farms hot n spicy wings
Single serve Cheese sticks
