Re: heavy Cream or Whipping Cream

On Fitday.com I tried to eat the cream I put in my coffee and when I make scrambled eggs. I tried to hit the heavy cream
slot, but it does not enter - instead I used the 'cream"
entry.


On Atkins induction -- it is heavy cream right? So how would I enter this - I realize the carbo. count is maybe 2 but I am trying to
keep track of myself. We are talking about maybe 3 tiny cream
containers worth (large coffee) . Just wondering.

Try "Cream, heavy, fluid" and for reference 4 tbs = .25 cup.
