Default "Big George" George Forman Grill

My friend made chicken breasts for me on this thing and I had to go out and buy one!

This is a link just to show the one I have, you can find them cheaper. I LOVE this grill, it's better than a frying pan! I have been happily frying bacon to perfection and browning my chicken wings outside! NO MESS ON THE STOVE! No smells in your house! And it makes excellent moist boneless chicken breasts and delicious blackened fish. It keeps things really moist with the lid and cooks fast. Hamburgers eh, prefer my propane grill doesn't have that flame-broiled taste, but if this keeps my kitchen cleaner and smelling better, Whoopee for me!

I didn't buy this to watch my fat content by any means, but I am so impressed. I thought I should pass it on.

I like my Foreman grill but I dont use it all that much. Once in a while for burgers if I am feeling lazy but that is about it. There is a new (at least I think its new) version of the Foreman grill that has a special searing feature which will take it to super high temps to sear meat/fish. It does sound interesting and I have been toying with the idea of getting it but considering how infrequently I use the one I have I think I will just keep it on my maybe list for now. If anyone has one I would love to know what you think of it.

Here it is on sale at Amazon

I don't know anything about the searing grill......I guess the main reason I wanted to tell everyone about this indoor/outdoor grill in the link is because you can cook your bacon and chicken wings outdoors and not have the mess and smell on the stove and in the house. A lot of us low carbers like bacon and chicken wings. All the clean up grease goes in the drip pan. It comes apart for easy cleaning. MUCH better than trying to chip away cooked on grease from my ceramic top stove with a razor blade and scubbing with cleaning solution. You may like it, I'm surprised I like it so much.

Oh, sorry, I didnt realize it was an outdoor grill. I just have a regular propane grill that I use outside and I have disposable charcoal grills when I want a charcoal flavor and no mess.

Another great way to make bacon is in the oven. The house still smells like bacon but I dont mind the smell and there is easy clean up. Just place the bacon side by side with the edges touching on a cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) and bake at 375 for 25 min.
