Smile My kids on Lcing,

Just had to share this. Both my kids have lost 2lbs on their variation of LCing. (They eat what they want at school)
I'm keeping an eye out for them because weight loss isn't the goal here though both are overweight, my daughter more than my son. Both are getting over the sugar highes they used to get!
An unexpect side bonus. My kids are eating less sugar now when at school. They get the buzz with less sugar than before so don't have urges to eat more. But we all know this won't last if they aren't careful!

Hi Lessara
I have done Atkins many times in the past. Today is day 2 of induction, yet again. I wish I could stay with it so I could move forward. It seems I'm always on induction! You have done great. What's your secret?

I have a 9 yr old son I put on Carb. Add. for Kids last summer for about 2 weeks. He did really good. He loves carbs too. I think he could live on pizza and pasta! I'm thinking of doing it again. He's starting to put his weight back on.

Hey, wer're neighbors. I'm in Ma. Up near the N.H. boarder. I wish we'd get some snow. It just dosn't feel like winter to me yet. I think if it's going to be cold and gray anyway, we might as well have some snow. It makes everything so pretty.

Stay warm,

Cimart
