Default Yay - in the 2's!
The scale finally rewarded me with a number starting with 2 today, which I wanted to reach by Thanksgiving, so YAY! I've lost 30 lbs in 4.5 months, which is slower than I wanted but I haven't felt deprived or punished at all...and that's the key to longevity on this WOE, right? This was my first big milestone and it takes me back in time almost 2 years (the last time I was this weight). I think I'll set 15 pound milestones for now.
