Default Milk of Magnesia-sugar free version-no carbs?

I did some searching about Milk of Magnesia on the internet. I think the sugar free version has no carbs. Anyone care to confirm this?

I didn't know there were carbs in any milk of magnesia. Perhaps you are talking about the flavored varieties? Here's one unflavored brand that is without the common, sodium hypochlorite, that Phillips and other brands have:

If you need it for bathroom issues Magnesium Citrate works the same way, comes in pill form and is carb free.

Ok I'll try the Magnesium Citrate. I found ground Psyllium husks but I keep forgetting to mix it in beverages!
The sugar free Milk of Magnesia tastes horrible and I haven't bought it for awhile.
Castor oil is by far -the worst-!!! just sayin'

If your worried just use plain Epsom Salt MgSO4 2-4 tsp, the same used in the bath. Helps to dissolve in hot water 1st. Drink on an empty stomach and use hot tea or coffee as a chaser.

It does work though!

Default psyllium capsules

I have added the psyllium fiber capsules 3 twice a day and that with lots of water is solving any bathroom concerns, the fibre cancels any cabs for 0 net carbs
