Default Weigh In Wednesday

Hi guys!

I thought it might be helpful to start a thread that charts our weekly weight loss. Please feel free to post your weekly weight loss (or heaven forbid gain) here ...

My loss was small this week... just 1/10th of a pound.

However I went to visit my mother on Sunday and chose to eat off plan. She's a fabulous cook!

I had some water gain from that indescretion and just got rid of that today.

So maybe better next week. How is everyone else doing?

Well I thought I was 214 but I brought a new digital scale and it said 218.
But my old scale now says 213 so I guess I lost a pound? I'll see what's up next week.

Default Oh those dreaded scales!

Ouch! Isn't it frustrating when you have to change scales. I have had to do that a couple of times and it just ruined my day when I didn't weigh what I thought I did.

Last time I was at the Drs I weighed significantly more than what I weigh at home. He said "no biggie" because his scales "weigh heavy". Can you imagine? "No Biggie"???? Spoken like someone who has never faced the battle of the bulge. LOL!

Hang in there Cheryl --- I bet the Whoosh Fairy will visit you any day now.

I lost 5 pounds this week so far. I started on Monday at 205 and now down to 200. I'm hoping it'll just roll off. How do you change your weight on your profile?

Amber!

Welcome to the SugarBusters Forum.

Congrats on the five pounds. You gotta feel good about that.

To change your weight click on the Profile Icon at the top of the page. That will take you to an Options page. Click on "Edit Profile". Then you can change your weight.

I only lost 2 pounds this week so far. It seemed like I had a lil stall over the weekend. Don't know why. Congrats on the 1 1/2 Molly.

This is my first weigh in so I'll just give my stats:

236.5 start
213.0 beginning SB
211.5 now
165.0 goal

So that's 1 1/2 pounds gone.

Well I didn't lose pound this week.

But this is the week I measure myself; I do that once a month.I think its a truer indicator of "shrinkage". I lost an inch from my bust and an inch from my waist in August.
Yea!

I have a weight loss pattern -- I lose for 2-3 weeks in a row then maintain for 2-3 weeks in a row. Frustrating but that is just the way my body works. Does anyone else have a pattern?

Well I guess losing 1 pound in a week is better than gaining 1.
