Default What does A mean?

I get c/carbs, p/protein, f/fat (of course) but one of my days has an A. Sorry if it's obvious to everyone else, but I can't think what it stands for.

Alcohol, I imagine. Did you have an alcoholic beverage that day?

Yes, A is for alcohol.

I feel as though I need to come up with a little rhyme after that...

C is for carbs, that make us feel so rough
P is for protein, that makes us strong and tough
F is for fat, that makes us lose that weight
And A is for alcohol, that enlivens many a date. Err...

More than one, I'm sorry to say. It's great that alcohol gets it's own category, it might shame me into controlling myself better. Thanks for the info!
