Time change always makes me grumpy. This one is hard on the tummy for a few days. I get up earlier and I get hungry at all the same times! Instead of 8:30 and 11:30, its 7:30 and 10:30! Argh!

Ok... I'm not telling you how much I lost until tomorrow. I expect to be in VT by then! Today I'm up .2 lbs I totally don't deserve that little tiny extra bit So I'm betting tomorrow will be much better and I should be at 261 or so... least that's my plan... now if my body would just cooperate!

Is VT the abreviation for Vermont? If so I would looooove to go. I heard it is just spectacular this time of year. I also love the Vermont Country Store cataloge.

Well I am still 151, so I guess it is 16 lbs since 1st July for me..I think. Can't remember where I started due to a scales change.
