People recommend Outback for low carb. What are the best choices there for us?

They have a cool nutrition calculator on their site which you can use to assemble your meal and see the nutritional content.

My favorite dish is an 8oz Victoria Filet, with steamed broccoli and a caesar salad. Remove the croutons from the salad and the net carb count for the whole dish is about 6.

Ditto! I go there frequently.

Or Chipotle Burrito Bowl, meat, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese.

Ruby Tuesday puts sugar and cornstarch in and on EVERYTHING, including the steak seasoning. The vaunted mashed cauliflower? Sugar, cornstarch and 14 carbs a serving. You're basically paying twenty bucks a head to eat microwave dinners at places like Ruby Tuesday's, Friday's, Applebee's, etc. About the only chain I trust is Chipotle and I don't even eat there that often.

I recently enjoyed going to Red Robin and will surely dine there again.

My recent favorite is the bd's Mongolian grill which was newly added to our neighborhood. They serve duck there

Those of you who are in the Denver/Boulder region of Colorado might want to try a Larkburger (wrapped in lettuce or on a gluten-free bun). They are really good!
