Today was only a very quick day at the gym, I didnt have time litrally.
So I just did 15 min on the cross trainer and 10 min on the treadmill, a little faster than yesterday.
Again I kept my heart above 160 mostly sitting at 170-173
Still dont know if thats enough....but I think I would die if I went faster
You know what was amazing, there was a lady on the xtrainer next to me today, who was thin, and no doubt fit, Ive seen her there heaps.
I glanced accross at her stats and she was going heaps faster than me, had been on about 1/2 before me, and her heart was only 98!!!!
I couldnt believe it. 98!!!?? Unreal. Boy, I hope one day Im that fit
