I like fish as well.Sued to actually have every single day in the late 60's.We lived near the LI SOUND and had a fishing boat. The ex went before and after work and weekends and our 2 freezers were alwys full.. so were the neighbors' LOL.. and s ince I got to clean every darned one, our flowers and bushes were amazing!!!
KATHY - SH*T happens. You will lose it quickly but that is not the issue.. BACK to finding ways to stay stronger. I really do think by going off your plan you open the door for these things to happen. This is not the KATHY of the old days. I know y ou can get a grip and stay on track. I saw you looked into a link for CNS?? may be the way to go but the carbs are a LOT less than your plan and the food selctions are as well. Look into it carefully to make sure this might be for you. I think it could be. I'm with you all the way!
CHRISSIE - YEP.. sodium is the killer of the number game. At least you will drop that fast. Looks like we both have CN on the same day of the week! Happy for the company.
HIMI - Told Carl about the new bunny.. he thought it was so cute too!Wishing your scale gets to a new milestone in record time! You have also been going through so much.. new kitchens, orphaned foal,kids going to school.. mission trips.. and on the loop de loop rides all the time! WHEW..just wore me out thinking about this..and the AUCTIONS!! GEESH!

BARB - how was the concert?? Hope the roads are drying out there. I thought about you yesterday.. the bikers are out in full force already..must have been 100 in the parking lot at Harley dealership Friday.
OK... I did have alate burger with relish ( SF of course) and some diet soda that I have been having too much of..and this morning the scale is up again to the tune of 1.2 more pounds. WTF GRRR ARGGHHH #$%^&*()_+ is going on here. How senstitive can one person be! Reslish always blows me up.. also had some small olives.. maybe that too added..all I know is that today is dedicated to no sodium foods. Will have scarmbled eggs in butter. another miserable chicken legg.. GAG.... right up there with tuna.. maybe tuna is better ...My CN is the 15th TUES and I do not want to begin on a higher note! I will but not happpy even if it IS water.
Tomorrow I will buy a couple of more bananas and oranges to have for lunch
and snacks. THere is almost NO proteins in the cereals so the shake will have to do.I will add it to the milk for the cereal. The protein is good tasting and vanilla so it will work fine.That is 30 gs right there. I will have another serving to drink alone..not filling at all..and maybe I will even use that in a smaller bowl of cereal ..absolutely spike city there. That is for a lunch.. spike. MAYBE noonish as long as I can stretch it out.. Dinner spike next.. around 5 ish I think.. still no fats so far...will make some seafood I guess. Shrimp and coctail sauce....(.I NEED HELP here...all the meats I like are fatty not lean. I want to save the fats for after dinner before bedtime...)
SO, I have shrimp for my protein and some maybe fish sticks I can broil up.. and the french fries I bought last week too. ACtually THIS SOUNDS GOOD TO ME. SHRIMP and BAKED FISH NITE WITH FRIES. I have minimal to almost no fats here.... ADD to this my corn on the cob I never had last week!!! With this I can get only a small bit of shrimp and save some money!
Carl loves fish sticks so he can enjoy it as well
He works so hard 24/7 and I am delequent in his care! He says don't be silly but I am an old world girl and accustomend to cooking and fussing.. the past few years have gotten away from that ..his choice.. sooo.. I will feel good to do this for him!
OK.. now for the third and final spike fo the evening... snacks..oy.. ice cream no brainer there... and a lot of it. Bear claw, protein shake to wash it down! maybe some cheese cake I still have frozen from CN #1 !
THAT menu seems good to me. Protein every meal and it will spike..fats not until late.. corn will have a smidge... fruit to snack good carbs..on CNS good to have list... fats at bedtime.. high carb and calorie.
OUT to sit and enjoy life. I will get Cookie and maybe if I am crazy enough. saddle up the rodeo queen and walk around a few minuted before she tosses me!....or maybe not
