Absolutely. Went from moderate CV risk to low in 4 months (maybe sooner, but that was the interval between bloodwork). Others say they get amazing blood glucose control in just a few weeks.

What is the issue with your bloodwork?

Yes. In one month, my LDL cholesterol went from 141 to 107.

My "total" cholesterol is now well within the range that's accepted by doctors (though whether cholesterol even needs to be that low is debatable -- there are lots of studies on this).

sort of. Cholesterol went up a bit, LDL no change. HDL went up a bit, triglycerides went down. C-RP went down. My BS is normal. I am not fat anymore and I feel great- enough for me.

I have good cholesterol so my only changes was my good cholesterol increasing but that could be also due to me going to the gym. My blood sugar average went from over 300 to 191 so you can see I love this plan.
