Yesterday I finally got to do my workout. I hope so much that it will be easier in a new house - more space for me, and some space for my chin-up bar finally!

The workout is all bodyweight for now. 10 lounges (10 for each leg), 5 attempts of pull-ups, 10 squats, 10 push ups (from the knees, I am too weak). 30 sec rest and repeat.
I did 5 rounds. Still not ready for 6 - would not be able to keep proper form when squatting.
I guess it is more aerobic at this point than strength, but I don`t feel I am ready for the real thing yet.

hey....if you can "feel it" it counts I'm still on my knees too...getting lower every day......baby steps!! And congrats on the new house and the new "you" space!

Thank you! Yes, I can feel it, and my heart rate jumps up. Hope seeing some results next month
