It must be very challenging to stay on the diet. But getting rid of the negative feelings must be reinforcing. Low carb cured my life-long insomnia. Whenever I'm tempted to give up the diet (because I'm not losing anymore ) that's what keeps me on it. I hate insomnia![/QUOTE]

I wish it would take care of my insomnia. That is still with me. When it gets really bad, I use a natural progesterone cream, and it is helpful.

I've heard that some people actually get insomnia when they go on low carb. It's amazing how different people react differently. My cure may be your poison and vice versa.
