Default Daily Carb Count

What is YOUR daily carb average????

I tend to keep mine between 25-35

I don't know if that's right for me, but it seems to satisfy me.

I am not sure if I'm losing weight on this carb count, because I'm on some pretty funky medicine right now and it's causing me to stall big time!

I was just wondering what YOUR average daily carbs came up to.

I hang out anywhere from 10 to 30-which I figure is about right for me. I have found tho-the occassional carby snack doesn't blow me out of ketosis. I just can't get carried away.

I aim for 20 - 30, but I usually can't eat enough carbs to get much over 15.

I stay under 25 carbs. I have to watch my calorie intake, it is usually too low. I can't believe I can actually say that, hahaha.

I lost weight best right between 30-35g. It was enough to allow me veggies and not so much that I felt carbed out. Now I am averaging between 40-50. I have some pretty low days and some higher days.

I had a look at my Fitday average report for the past month ( about 15 entries) and here are the stats:
cal 1484, fat 60%, carbs 7% ( net 24) protein 33%. I continue to lose about .5 lb per week, which I'm fine with. I like to lose at this rate since it's sustainable and my skin isn't sagging too bad for a 50 yr old. I've been doing this for over a year now.

Great idea! I check my Fitday reports and looks like my average calories are 1465, 72% fat, 6% carbs and 22% protein. I am currently averaging around 28 carbs per day.

Looks like I may need to up protein, a little less fat maybe?

Froufie-

Actually that looks good-I always kept my fat at between 65-75%. When I was in active weight loss-I tried for a minimum of 70%.

okay... I always subtract fiber. Am I not suppose to, because I thought that I was.
For example... I will eat 35 grams of carbs, and 10 of those will be fiber... 35-10=25 so I count 25 carbs. Am I not suppose to be doing it that way? If that's the case than SCREW THIS!!! (ha HA)

Anyway...

No, you have it exactly right. My 40-50 is net carbs-after I subtract the fiber.
